Toilet Repair

Jon recently fully replaced and refitted our bathroom, having previously worked for us on more extensive house renovations, including a new gas central heating system and boiler, a new ensuite, a downstairs WC and floor tiling to a kitchen / dining area. 

We have been really impressed and pleased with Jon’s work on both occasions. Most recently he completely transformed our bathroom, stripping it back to bare brick and floorboards, re-plastering, tiling, fitting a new ceiling and lighting and a new bathroom suite. The quality of his work was excellent, and his attention to detail and the overall finish was second to none. He sets very high standards and is a perfectionist; this is reflected in the end product. Friends and relatives have remarked on the quality of the workmanship and finish.

We have found Jon to be very reliable, hard working and trustworthy. He started the job on the day he gave us, was finished within the timeframes agreed, and worked really hard to make sure he met the deadlines he set. He also left the house clean and tidy. We were really pleased with his ‘can do’ attitude. You encounter a lot of problems when you strip a 1930s house back to the bare brick but Jon was great at coming up with solutions and workarounds to overcome issues.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jon again in the future and would (and have) recommended him to family and friends. Thanks for all your effort and hard work!
